I am looking for someone who is good in both front end and back end programming. This project focuses on building an app(both for android and ios) which will majorly be a chat and notification platform, which will help students to get in touch with the college management and other students. With these two major features i.e chat and notification, I also want a feature where students will be able to arrange their study material etc.
I would prefer a developer from Delhi so that I can meet the person and discuss everything.
