Looking for an experienced iOS developer from Bangalore, above median pay.

I am looking for an experienced I-phone developer for a intermediate level project - NO AGENCIES. The project is to be done in Swift. The developer must be from Bangalore as I would like to work closely with you. The app is a real estate listing app and has features including chat, viewing real estate listings in list form and in map form, some standard account features etc.(More details in chat!) I have the design and the backend API ready with me. My main concern is that the app should look exactly like the design specification and should work fast and fluid. So only bid if you have the chops and code to prove it. The pay will be above median freelancer pay. But- AND I can't stress this ENOUGH!
