Modify Current H264 steaming to MPEG4 linux app to output MPEG DASH .TS 5sec and MPD format -- 2

1. Live Stream – Input: live, location, and camera_sn. Output: create .mpd file on demand, link with the latest program output. (ts format). 2. VOD – Input: timestamp, location, and camera_sn. Output: create .mpd file on demand, ability to link multiple MPEG DASH files in the storage, and continue to play on. 3. Snapshot function – – Input: timestamp and camera_sn. Output: create jpeg file at certain timestamp 4. Download function – – Input: timestamp, duration and camera_sn. Output: create mp4 file for X sec at certain timestamp (from mpd ts format in storage) We will provide more detail after interview meeting. Project duration is 2 weeks, bonus can be provided if job exceeds expectation. Work must be completed with full code submit, documentation (from clean environment install, all libraries required, build, and use), and after QA passed. 50% payment at code completion and submission after successful demo, 50% payment after QA complete. Partial payment from the first 50% with the code submission is negotiable.
