I would obviously opt for Anyline. It’s a SDK which runs offline, with parameters you can adjust to the scanning circumstances and with loads of configurations examples to get you started! As you said it can't be local or on the web. But my concern is, why we waste our time as well as make it complicated in this way. Where text extractor from image is now the biggest proportion with the app end, also the same procedure we have to be applied in web also Where you are referring to the removal of unnecessary image from server after processing, I can assure you that it is also possible in this way i.e locally to the app Please clarify.
