Role Brief Reports to: CEO & Founder Duration: Permanent, 6 months’ probation Job Grade: Experienced, 5+ years Title: Mobile Developer Location: Jaipur, remote Start Date: Immediate Job Responsibilities The role is responsible for working with the Founder and CEO of the company in developing mobile apps. Architecting, conducting POC, designing, coding, and modifying mobile apps for Bibloskart will be part of the job role. Working with layouts, functions, and specifications whilst integrating data from various back-end services and databases too. You will get to work with modern stacks and technologies in a growth-oriented firm which is seeking to build itself in the entire gamut of the book ecosystem. The person suitable for this role could work in Freelancing mode too. It will not be a high paying position. Some equity and minimal cash component in hand will be part of remuneration. Key Accountabilities • Developing, testing, and rolling out mobile apps • Doing POC and technical pitches • Implementing marketing stacks and SDK’s • Implementation of analytic tools like Flurry, Firebase Analytics, GTM, google analytics, etc. • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant Bibloskart mobile applications • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one Biboskart ecosystem • Following an Open API based architecture • Implementation of security and data protection features for the applications • Integration of data storage solutions based on Firebase No SQL Database • Conducting interviews for technical roles including interns • Share design and feature ideas and improvements while working on functionality • Keep abreast of new technologies and features for further improving the platform • Ability to work independently where possible and meet deadlines • Willingness to learn and upgrade technical and product know-how regularly Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Essential • At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. • With 5 + years of experience in a similar role. With several years of building scalable mobile apps and solutions Experience Essential • 3+ years' experience working with Android, Reactive native, and/or Flutter • Experience with server-side frameworks such as Gatsby, python, ruby, PHP, Java, ASP, ASP.NET • Exposure to cloud service providers like AWS, IBM Cloud, Azure, and Google • Familiarity with RESTful APIs • Understanding of progressive mobile apps • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and relevant concepts • Experience using GIT or SVN etc. • Experience of working in small teams, with full responsibility and ownership of design, coding, testing, rollout, and maintenance Desirable • Experience with testing frameworks • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Mobile Token • Experience or exposure with Big Data, AI, Blockchain, and M/L technologies Knowledge Essential • Exposure to NO SQL Databases like Mongo DB & Couchbase etc. • Working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines • Building scalable Mobile apps Desirable • Devops experience if any Skills Essential • Android • React Native or Flutter • JavaScript • GIT/SVN • AWS • Analytic Tools Desirable • Docker • Python • ELK • Apiary • SEO/SEM tools and techniques Key Contacts • Bibloskart CEO • Bibloskart Founders • Technical Architect • Other Developers • UI / UX Designers • Content Managers • Digital Marketers
