new application for ISO and Android

My new application idea: Every day I have more than 100 funny videos . Just need new application for android and IOS for allow people to view and share my videos with my requirements. I will upload the videos through the panel then must the videos contain watermark (the watermark will be my application name in Arabic language) Must the application support video length like WhatsApp maximal length under every video the sharing icons (WhatsApp-facebook-twitter-Instagram-snapchat- download) will be space for video description need need the numbers for the video views changeable i will set custom views numbers for all videos and I will change the views numbers for some videos when I upload the videos through the panel i will select all videos the panel will start uploaded the videos one by one and add the watermark for every video between 4 videos and new videos will show photo post in the home page need 5 lines in top of the homepage screen for the app information Last thing we need notification system like the dutube app system but with some different: this is the duetube app: [login to view URL] just need notification system for the dutube app the different for the notification system: A- every day at time 16:00 and 20:00 will send notification for the last video uploaded It mean must every day at 16:00 will send notification for last video uploaded and at 20:00 will send new notification Every day will be 2 notification automatically at 16 and 20 Saudi Arabia time zone B- when I uploading any video must make choice if I want send notification or not 1-Develop an iOS and the Android App. I need the app for both systems 2-The app should be responsive, iPhone, iPad's, Android & Android Tablets. 3-The app must pass the request into the app store and Playstore!
