React Native developer need for mobile commerce project
$15-25 USD / hour
Looking for two experienced React Native developers who have experience using Expo's managed workflow to develop a cross-platform (Android + iOS) mobile commerce application which has group offer functionalities for purchasing items from the store, similar to the Pin Duo Duo model.
The app will have user subscriptions and order tracking without delivery management.
Tech stack: React Native Expo managed worflow, Firebase Authentication with Social Login methods, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage and Functions if necessary. Navigation is done with React Navigation v5.
Important: Must be able to use functional React with hooks and context. This is a must. Also knowledge with collaborating on a Github repo is required.
You need to have knowledge of how to best structure data in Cloud Firestore in a way to minimize costs when reading and writing. You also need to be familiar with setting up security rules for Cloud Firestore and also using snapshots for real-time functionality.
The first developer will handle Firebase and React Navigation integrations while the second developer will handle building out components and screens and following design guidelines. However, it is likely that the two roles will overlap.
The second developer must have sound knowledge of UI/UX design and building out clean components with animations using Reanimated. Looking to model the UI and components after the Taobao application.
The project has a timeframe of 2 to 4 months and it will be managed using a Trello board and a Github Kanboard.
Deliverable is a functional app that is polished and ready to be published to the app stores.
