Screens and code for an Ionic app

I need help to build code for a few screens to interact with an api for my ionic app. 1.A login logout function for the app + the ability to request a reset password from the login screen 2. A screen that lists the eligible classes for a user and the ability book/unbook through a button 3. A screen to show the logged-in users profile including image + the ability to edit the profile including uploading a new image The api description towards our test system can be found here [login to view URL] (you need an api key to get it to work in case you try calling it). I'm only interested in the code no need to focus on the look and feel or the UI since we have in-house competence for this. And no need to compile the app for any platform we only want the code for the items above as an Ionic app sourcecode. The ionic project should be using the latest version of the framework.
