Simple training APP full design from template (iphone & Android)

Dear,
we want to have a simple training APP created from template provided in this job post (files to fill in will be provided upon acceptance of job by winner).
The general structure is close to the 7 minutes workout (orange logo one with a big 7) available in the Apple Store for free to access. The look and design of it would be something ZENlike, it is a yoga block app so something epurated and less big bold colors as the 7 minutes workout APP has... It can be selected from already existing template to save time and money
The EXCELL here provided describes the menu structures and everything to evaluate the time and cost of making app.
The APP would be for IPHONE but we would like it to be transposed also for Android.
