The tweaking is made of 3 tasks: 1- Create a vertical Tab bar like the screenshot attached from Ali Express App, please check 2- Show a Horizontal Scroll View of sub categories if available. 3- Checkout is made of 4 controllers need to combine them as one page in one controller.
