Website Design with Visual Effects and stock motion graphics

DESCRIPTION Design a website to sell web and mobile application development services including: Web Design, Graphic Design, Android and IOS App & Game Development, Chat Bot Development, Explaindio video creation, Support Services and training. The following functionality should be incorporated into the design: Stock motion Graphics and Animations, Forms, built in analytics which mails a report weekly (to track where people are viewing from, enquiries, views on mobile or pc, etc), responsive design, chat bot linked to mobile phone number, website must be SEO optimised and appear in the 1st or 2nd page when Google searched. All images and videos needs to be secure and not able to be copied/ leached. Site should be very secure (not easily hacked). APPEARANCE Looking to go for a high tech look and feel. Drop down menus should be animated making a tiny sound…… it’s a bit difficult to explain. But it has a resident evil meets terminator /cyberdyne systems sort of feel. Visual effects and so forth. It will be very important to get the look and feel right as that will be the selling point of the site. I saw a website almost 20 years ago with a very high tech look and feel and have not seen a site since then that has left a similar impression.
