Work on a reskinnable React native universal app

I am a mobile app developer working on a react native project that needs to be reskinned. I want another developer to be available to help with the development process and handle backend ( and some UI ) work.
This project has to support iPad and android tablets, and iPhone and android phones, same requirements, just make React Native support phones and tablets, important to read.
normal tasks in this will be like :
- Integrating SDK's to capture a lot of event ( krux SDK, google analytics, [login to view URL])
- Showing ads from doubleclick ( will show in the designs )
- Implementing charts
- Push notifications from AppBoy.
- The codebase will be shared by two systems, same UI just different contents, so that means the codebase will give out one iOS and one android app per systems, and with the configuration it will be 4 iOS and 4 android apps.
- Code has to be well documented .
- I will provide sample JSON , I don’t have a live backend ready yet.
I will upload the project and screenshots and details to bitbucket and share it with prospective developer.
I need an excellent React Native Developer who can speak good english and has the following requirements already:
- Has done React Native work before.
- Understands and can explain react native best practices.
- Access to [login to view URL]
- Skype account.
- Fast internet speed.
- Teamviewer access, or equivalent.
