Write an Android application UI ONLY

A simple 5 screen app in android I need a Android app of 5-6 screens 1. Loading 2. Login 3. Data collection (with edit and save function) 4. After collection , data will be stored in local device 5. Putting data from offline to Online upon getting Internet acess (sink function) (Only daily data will l be sink online. Online data need not have to be on local device) It will be a Complete function App, with UI design and web service. Here are the details of Web service . 1. can create register who can only access the app 2. Checking daily upload from end users 3 Edit, delete their upload. 4. Report of daily upload 5. Search by name- (all list will appear with the name). Its a offline data collection app, where 5 registered user will collect data Offline using the App and will be transferred to online upon getting internet access. Admin will register these 5 users from a web [login to view URL] Login is only for admin pre defined 5 users Data will be collected manually . Data to be collected are : First name Last name Email I'd Phone no Addresses So Steps are 1. First user will login into the app, 2. He will get option to Collect data 3. After adding data, data will be stored in offline , if he get online, then only he will get an option to upload the data to master admin. *Remember adding data will be offline 4. Can store unlimited data entry on offline mode. Need complete functioning app complete by Sunday - DO LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE CLARIFICATIONS
