Opecart price whit 2 VAT

-some products are sold with 19% VAT for companies and 5% for individuals. - not all products - where it is not 5%, the price is 19% VAT -so there will be prices with normal VAT of 19% for companies and for individuals and other products that have both 19% and 5% - I need the customer to be able to choose the VAT for some products and to save the selected VAT in the shopping cart. - for products that only have normal VAT, the price will be the same for both customers of 19%. -Under the shopping cart there will be 2 radio buttons that will calculate one for companies and the other for individuals. -regardless of what the customer chooses at the end, the 2 radio buttons must make the difference and choose the prices correctly even if a customer chooses 19% and 5% in the basket, here at the end the formula must be chosen and modified if the customer made a mistake?! The 2 buttons must recalculate correctly: 1 the price for companies, 2 for individuals The same buttons must be there before sending the order. The customer cannot send the order without choosing one of conditions 1 or 2. - In the shopping basket there must be 19% VAT and 5% VAT for individuals and only 19% for companies. The price of the products will be without VAT and when the customer chooses one of the options, it will change with the chosen VAT.
