Perl MVC + Bootstrap project, Mysql

Hello, i'm searching for a freelancer for a project with a duration of 3-6 months. - 10-40h/week The 1 milestone is very simple and described above - it's to make sure that you are able to make the future tasks after the project start. Now i need a fixed price for the part of development - for the future work i'll pay per hour, so please send also your price/hour for the future work. Needed skills: Perl - min 3y experience Catalyst or Mojo framework - min 2-3 projects made with one of this frameworks Bootstrap experience - min 2y experience with jQuery, Bootstrap, etc Mysql - min 3y experience nice-to-have: tinymce Design will be used: you will receive this design (already purchased) [login to view URL] Todo 1 Milestone: Code design: - the MVC framework should use templates for the content - the form's must be validated on server - errors/messages must be showed via ajax request, also on login page (Important!) - the system will be multilanguage later - so don't use text directly in code - use the modules of the framework for supporting multiple languages TODO: - user login page (you take the example from the template, and you have to add the perl, jquery part) - forgot password page (emails with new generated password must be sent to the user mail) - user management (create, edit user, deactivate user , activate user, deletion not needed) - menu left (must be loaded from DB - so also create the db tables for it) --- later ACL will be needed ---- also child element for menu must be possible - menu top - show the name of the current user, but the other elements must not be changed at the current time P.S. url-rewriting would be nice too [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin] Thank you Best regards Denis
