Python remote teacher/consultant (Russian speaker)

I am looking for a Python developer/teacher to help me to learn Python while i am working on my project. I got very limited outdated experience with Pascal. However I got experience with project management and system architecture. Estimated workload is 50 hr/mo. Job will consist of project review, specs, algorithms, teaching to code on practical tasks, etc Besides learning to code I want to learn proper ways for project and software documentation, workflow, etc

Project will consist from back-end using Python/MySQL and front end on technology yet to be determined. Story, architecture, data and testing will be done by myself.

Basic requirements: for a candidate:

Extensive Python knowledge, Russian speaking, residing in Kiev/Moscow time zone, excellent communication, punctuality, ability work as needed at evening and weekends, always handling this project as a priority, proactive.

Ideal candidate:

Has an experience as senior full stack developer with good perspective on different technologies. Is fluent with English programming terminology. Excellent teaching skills. Had been a team lead for numerous projects for western clients. Has good technical writing skills and experience with all sorts of documentation. I offer pay rate $30-$35/hr on this level. For superstar I can negotiate $35+

Acceptable candidate:

A mid-level developer or an IT school teacher with basic/intermediate English. Pay rate for this level is $20-$25/hr.
