Scope of work: Edge box deinstallation. The engineer will need to disconnect the device that the customer is currently using and install the new one. It will be provided by the customer. We will send bridge call where the tech can join, we will be giving instructions there. It will be useful if he has AnyDesk installed on his lap top, we may need it. Engineer should provide assistance in troubleshooting if required. Tools need: Laptop Console cable screwdriver English IT&Network basic concept
