mikrotik hotspot to get access if he likes on facebook

For an outdoor access point i have, i would like you to set up the Mikrotik hotspot login page (that is already running) to allow free wifi internet for the users if they like our page in facebook (they press like and the bypass the login page)

but also to accept alternatively a password (to have an input field) in case someone doesn't use the facebook and asks for a password

the speed limit to be 400k uploading / 2000k downloading

idle timeout 10 days (because it will difficult after to relike the page)

session timeout (no limit)

if someone downloads more than 20 Gb it should be blocked (removed)

You will connect through winbox
