Interactive Prezi-like page that draws from an editable database

This will only be one page, but it will be a complex page! I am going to leave the bidding open on this for a few days because it's very complex and it's a holiday weekend so I want to give people a chance to think about this before they bid on it. If you bid in just a few minutes and say you can do it without any evidence that you really can, I will kick you off the list. I'm going to use the example of USDA Organic Food. The topic will actually be something else. The page at the default view will have have several large circles that will have visible logos. Some of the circles will be blue. In the blue circles you will be able to see logos of White Wave, Hain Celestial, and General Mills. You will also be able to see other blue circles, but they will be smaller. There will also be several other colors that will come from different groups in the Db. So, Green might be "Certification Authorities" and visible would be QAI, Oregon Tilth and CCOF, but there would be a bunch of others. Red as a color might be for people. These would be visible only as dots from the default view, but when a user clicks on one of the blue circles, say, White Wave, the page will zoom in on that company and some of the Red dots will become visible and grow. (This is how it will work like Prezi, but it will not only work in one direction as a presentation, but instead will work by being able to click anywhere at any time.) Once a user clicks on White Wave, that circle will grow and fill a lot more of the page, and the dots associated with that will also grow. So the people (red) dots will grow and now the user will be able to see the CEO of White Wave, and one or more Green dots for which certifier White Wave uses. There will probably be lines between them, but it's unclear to me right now if those lines will be visible at the default view and only appear when something is clicked. The lines will also have different colors, one if the relationship is for an employee, one for associated, and one for former relationship. There could be another I haven't thought about yet. Now, I know what you are thinking. (Possibly.) You may be thinking that this doesn't sound all that bad. Especially if you've used Neo4J, ArangoDb, JanusGraph, etc. then this will be easy to make, the hardest part just getting the design to basically look good. Here's what will make it harder: It all needs to work off an active Db. For instance, one of the colors of circles will be set for news stories. And because this Db probably won't be directly editable, I'll need some kind of admin form to enter new information any time. So if there's a big story about "almond milk" that mentions White Wave, I want to enter the URL of that story, and the links to it, including White Wave, any individuals mentioned, White Wave's certifier, probably a retailer or several retailers, etc. All of the UI so far has been dots, but I think there will probably also be a couple of user options, perhaps as tabs or icons. With these, if users only want to see "retailers" they can click to do that. The good news is that the universe of data is not huge. I thought about using [login to view URL] as an example, but there are more than 3 million movies and TV shows in that. This will have more manageable numbers, each category probably in the dozens except for people but that will probably top out at maybe 1000 or so. News stories will probably reach 1000 in a few months, so we may want to think about decreasing size of dots over time, or something. All dots need links, not just to the entity, but to social sites, etc. The display will be important, though, and I don't want Whole Foods Market to have the same size dot as Aunt Ethel's farm stand. Both are retailers, but... The size could be a function of data entry when we put that one in, or it could be auto-generated by the number of links in the Db. That decision we can make together.
