Node pdf generater needed

I need a Node.js module able to take a given JSON as input. The output should be a PDF with the required format (see attachments bellow: [login to view URL], PDF Creditos [login to view URL]).
The json has the structure of the data required to be shown on the pdf. The number of items is dynamic, so the module should adapt to different number of items.
The module should be used on a sample web app for test purposes.
The programmer should send me a video of the unitary test of the module. The test must change the given json (adding test data) and the generated pdf should reflect the changes.
This project deathline is 2 weeks maximum.
The use of a NPM ([login to view URL]) package for PDF generation is recommended. The used package should be higly stable.
You should look for the attachments bellow. The attachments are not highly visible there, so look carefully.
No authentication is needed. Just the plain web app.
