We are looking for an application which can assist on our invoicing system. Here is an overview on what we need the app to do: • To allow staff to enter children's attendance • To be able to edit the entries • To run application reports • QuickBooks API Lookup • To export invoices in the format QuickBooks can accept. This will be via CSV Export and API Export • We would like the app to be compatible with Desktop, Mobile and Tablet. • Can be an app or web application - happy either way for the best solution. This project had already started, but we encountered a developer on Freelancer who lacked English, didn't know the meaning of validation and seemed to want to charge for everything mentioned rather than understanding what was agreed upon from the beginning. This application is to help a small family-run nursery where we spend hours generating invoices manually. With the help of a good freelancer, we can build an app that will automate this for us and give us time to spend with our own family. The ideal developer will be willing to work with the client and deliver what is expected, asking as many questions as needed to ensure the app meets the requirements. We are not millionaires, and if you're looking for a quick and easy project with high fees, this is not the right project for you. Please note that this is the third time this project has been posted. We have not left negative feedback on the previous developers, but any further time waste will experience negative feedback from us. Attached are the requirements and a sample invoice.

Hi Do you want to start over to continue previous developers work? Am I correct that you are making invoices in quickbooks but payments are recorded there and this website doesn't do payment processing? Don't go for cheap auto bids, pay premium money for premium product Regards Maysam
