Hello, I read your requirements and I can create such a query. I suppose that you have MS SQL Server as the database for SAP. If so then I will be able to do tests and create the query because in the company I work for we have SAP and I am able to query the database. So during the testing phase I will be able to test without longing in to your SQL Database. After that phase I can give you the query to test yourself or you give me access to the SQL Server and query directly. Concerning the SAP tables I can search them myself, but I you know them, that would be helpfull. Then I can create a View or a Stored Procedure that you can call from an Excel file and have all data there. I will create a button to Excel that will refresh the data.
