Perl Script to fetch data from xls and output in csv

I need a perl script to connect to a sqlserver database and select data from a table based on 4-8 given parameters in the .xls files and report the results in .csv format.
For example I want to get the results from deal_entry table based on column in the excel workbook SHEETS (there could be x number of sheets) where I find a particular column with name of deal_id, and or another column with name of deal_ref in another excel workbook.
So script needs to look at 7 workbooks and search each sheet for a particular column and fetch the results based on the column value.
I hope it's clear enough to begin with.
I need this script ASAP (2-3 days) and need an expert perl developer to work on it.

I have attached the excel workbooks (sDealNumber and sShipmentID).
sDealNumber workbook contains column sDealNumber in most of the sheets where all the values are displayed under it and sShipmentID workbook contains sShipment_ID.
What I want is : These are only 2 workbooks with several sheets in it. There could be x number of workbooks and x number of worksheets in them. We have to search for columns mentioned above (sDealNumber) in all the workbook/sheets and sShipment_ID in all the workbook/sheets based on the column results we have to pass the parameter to the sqlserver database so it can give the output and we can store it in a CSV format sorted numerically on a single page but sepaerate to each other so it can be identified easily.
