I'm looking for a pixel artist to create a RMXP tileset for a game.

I need a small snowy modern city shortly post apocalyptic.

If you've ever worked on or seen a Rpg maker xp game you know what kind of art style to expect, if not I have attached an image for reference on the art style and general idea of what I need(snowycity) except a bit more .. modern and destroyed as in the second image(burntcity).
