Partially Completed Website Needs Quick Completion

We currently have a website that is mostly designed, but needs finaly assembly. We are under a tremendous time crunch and need this project completed in 3 - 4 business days, with an immediate start this weekend. You must be a graphic artist familiar with use of colors, gradients, and layout to produce a rich and in depth look. Most of this is already done but you must be artistically inclined to complete it. Here is a breakdown of the work. 1. Create 20 PSD Pages From PSD Template (Approximately 30 minutes per page of effort). Template and pages basically laid out, just need to add text and pictures. 2. Convert These 20 PSD Pages From PSD file to HTML file including converted text (Not Image text). if you simply save as html is photoshop it will save text as image which is not searchable by search engines.? ** Important, if you are not sure how to do this do not bid on this job.. this step is critical.? (Approximately 30 minutes per page of effort) What will be provided to you.... 1. Current PSD Pages and Templates 2. Metal and Cage backgrounds to use as necessary. 3. A requirements write-up per page, telling you what needs to be on each page. 4. Pictures, graphics, and images from our events and company to use as needed. 5. Access to our staging site where you can post changes. We need this started ASAP and finished no later than 4 calendar days from today. It is impertaive that you can meet this deadline and it is imperative you understand how to translate PSD files to proper HTML files with HTML text rather than image text.
