Edit photos to fix lighting using Photoshop or Lightroom

I have a 39GB folder in Dropbox containing ~8,500 photos taken in 2018. The vast majority of the pictures are fine, but ~20% needs editing to correct for lighting (fix exposure, shadows, highlights, etc.). See attached files for examples of the raw files as well as how I edited them. This project involves two tasks: 1. The first task involves going through all 8,500 photos to edit the ones that need to be fixed. Edited photos need to be placed in the "Edited" subfolder while keeping the original file in place. All edited files need to be exported from Photoshop or Photoshop Lightroom at the original resolution with all location and other metadata included 2. We have developed the bad habit of snapping many photos of the same scene (since storage is cheap). But this requires reviewing the many shots to select the 1-3 shots worthy of keeping. The second task involves going through all the photos in a series to select the ones to keep and moving the unworthy ones (blurry, people looking away, etc.) to the "Removed" subfolder Bidder will need to be able to accept a Dropbox share of a folder 39GB large and still have enough storage to add the edited photos. The project milestones will be: 10% of the bid amount will be released upon my approval of the first 50 edited photos (just to make sure we are in agreement on how to edit the photos 30% released when 50% of the photos have been processed 30% release when all photos have been processed 30% released when I'm satisfied with all edited photos (i.e., all edited photos are fine, no unedited photos need to be edited, etc.) I will only entertain the bid amount. I will not entertain low bids only to have bidders increase the project amount afterward. All questions should be asked prior to submitting bids.
