English Native Community Manager

We need an English native CM for a fashion account. The dedication would be approximately 5-6 hours a week and these are the tasks to be performed: - Monthly KPIs. - Publication-programming on Facebook and possibly on Instagram. - Generation of copies and sometimes images, on a template (Photoshop notions will be needed). - Attention to the user through daily sweeps (minimum 3 times a day). The incidences will have to be registered in a document that we will facilitate to you. You will also have a guide in which most of the cases are contemplated, and a group in Slack of direct consultation. - All the URLs we use need to be tagged with a specific tool (we will share it with you and explain how to use it).
