Touch Up 7 Photos -- 2

I have 7 Photos that I need professionally touched up. I don't need the color/contrast/brightness edited, but I do need some touch up work done on the photos to enhance there look as follows:
Front Still 1, Front Still 2, Front Still 2 - Make the drive concrete look nice, but still natural. Enhance the flower pots a little on 1 and 2.
Guest Room Still 1, Guest Room Still 2 - The wall, trim, and floor under the window - please make this look flawless instead of all marked up like it is - remove the marks on the floor around the foot of the bed.
Guest Room Still 3 - Remove markings on floor about the foot of the bed. - Touch up the wall and door on/around the closet door.
Lobby Still 3 - Edit out the people on the other side of the window.

After touch up, please save at save/full resolution and full jpq quality.
***NOTE: The first freelancer I awarded this project to 5 days ago said they would have done in less than 1 day and I have not gotten any work even after funding payment. I now need these return very quickly as my deadline is fast approaching.
