i need an already done custom CMS maintened by you to quickly build simple websites (With few pages).

I need a programmer who can quickly modify it for my customers needs. It must be easy to use. I also need it must be easy to intregrate layouts and more in the first project i will use it i need a provate area where authorizhed users only can upload or donwload shared files (just like a shared harddisk space).
