vBulletin Custom Modification - Thread Promotion

We are looking to create a custom modification called: Thread Promotion.

which will give our users the ability for members to purchase thread upgrade options.

This plugin will develop overtime however the first phase is to allow users to be able to purchase "Paid Sticky" threads.

1. Purchase Sticky Threads. (weeks, months)

2. Sticky Threads Expire, (after purchased time)

3. Permissions (usergroups / forums)
