I am looking for either Cpanel default modification instructions or the development of a script that will work with an automated process of creating new accounts on Cpanel 9+ on Red Hat Enterprise. What I need done is two steps that will initiate Wildcard DNS. Step 1: Any new DNS records created via the system (Automated WHM) needs the following added to the record: *.thedomain.com. 14400 IN A (The server IP) Step 2: [url removed, login to view] for the new account needs to have the following written: ServerAlias [url removed, login to view] *.[url removed, login to view] ServerAdmin [url removed, login to view] DocumentRoot /home/domain/public_html BytesLog domlogs/[url removed, login to view] -bytes_log ServerName [url removed, login to view] User domain Group domain CustomLog domlogs/[url removed, login to view] combined ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/domain/public_html/cgi-bin/ RewriteEngine off Currently the wildcard DNS is being added to the record manually via WHM after the account has been created and pico ([url removed, login to view]) via SSH. If a default can be set via cpanel then detailed instructions are needed to change it. If a script is needed to do it then I will need it written to be run independant that can be incorporated into a automated system later (to be determined). Currently the server this will be residing on is not online, so it cannot be tested in my environment. Please note that the _at_ in the webmaster email for the [url removed, login to view] section is in replace of the at sign for email as Scriptlance does not allow for that symbol to be posted.

Thanks for invitation. I know cpanel inside out and can do that for you in next few hours.
