89483 quick script fixes,ongoing sup

I have a myspace clone, and it has a few bugs here and there. I am looking for a strong coder to not only fix the bugs, but also implement new technologies and find better ways to accomplish what the author had intended. I want someone to work with me now and several days each week. I'm not rich but am open to suggestions. The most fair way is to create projects for you on scriptlance and if your bid for that particular project is acceptable I can pay you and have you begin. Currently when I try to add a bulletin it times out, and has always timed out for me. A member told me that she saw my bulletin, but I have no way of knowing that it was posted. That's only one bug, there's many. I'm not wealthy and not profiting from the website at this time, but the site is only 2 months old and has over 4200 members. I have been modifying small pieces of the script using the little bit of php knowledge that I know (if statements, while statements, etc.) Since I can make small modifications, I need someone who can do more than me, so if you aren't a strong coder please don't bid. I hope to find someone who is a strong experienced coder who can fix known bugs in less than 1 day if necessary and who will be interested in the website and maybe want to help out or think of new features to add or ways to save processing power through changing established functions, etc. This should be fun and will be perfect for the right person. I am having current problems with the author of the software telling me he will fix a couple of bugs in 1 week which I pay for and then a month later I've heard 3 or 4 excuses but haven't seen any progress. I know there must be coders out there who can fix a bug in 1 day if necessary. I myself have added features and fixed bugs, several in an hour so this shouldn't be impossible. Once vbulletin is integrated with my script, I would like users and myself to enter bugs and a feature dream list. I will go through the lists and find ones that should be completed and move them to an "in progress" forum in which I hope the coder can check often, fix the problem, test it, upload it, and post that the bug or feature has been fixed/added. :)
