The following project will be a retail-software product. Upon completion, I will retain 100% copyright and ownership. However, the developer chosen wilt have the option of being designated as the only "Certified Installer" for the software, which will generate a significant income for the developer. Please keep this in mind when submitting your bid. In addition, developer will be responsible for writing a detailed "Installation Manual" for those who wish to install the software themselves. The developer chosen must be familiar with the [url removed, login to view] server configuration, as this will be the recommended web hosting service. The developer who is designated as the "Certified Installer" will charge an installation fee 50% lower for installation on a host4profit server (to encourage use of that service), with the normal rate for installation to any other unix-based server (i.e. $50.00 for a Host4Profit install, $100 for installation to another other server). The professional installation service will be highly recommended both before and after the sale. Again, this will be a significant income stream for the chosen developer.
