ASP Forum for nonprofit

I am in need of someone who can put a solid ASP forum for a nonprofit thinktank group. The requirements are fairly simple for the forum: * ASP/MS SQL * Should contain functions of forums like InvisionBoard...only that it should be in ASP I don't mind if you use a public board however, there are few minor custom changes that will needed to be done: * When users sign up, they should be able to enter x email addresses of friends to whom they wish to refer(this is vital in that this forum will rely on word of mouth) * Header customization(I will provide the graphics) * Forum layout/color changes...I WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS, HOWEVER, THERE SHOULD BE A MODERATELY EASY WAY OF MAKING COLOR/LAYOUT CHANGES.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
