Need Program To Monitor/Change Prices on a site where I sell my products

I am selling a product on a website that has multiple sellers selling on the site. The sellers are able to change the prices of the product to compete with other seller. The program will log into my account with my username/password. The program will monitors all the items I have listed on the website and make sure that I am always the lowest price seller. There will be an option I can set how low I am willing to go for a particular product. Each product will grouped by “studio”, this means I can set the lowest price for Studio A which would be maybe $2.00 and Studio B the lowest I’m willing to sell the product would be $3.00. The program will check every individual product under studio A to make sure I am the lowest seller if I’m not it will change my price accordingly, but not lower the value I set. The other feature the program will need to raise individual prices also. If the lowest price we are willing to sell for Studio A is $2.00 and we’re currently selling the product for $3.00, and the next buyer is selling the product for $5.00 the price of the product will be automatically raised to a penny under the highest buyer which would be $4.99 . . . The program must always raise the price of the product one penny less than the highest seller, only if that price is not lower then the minimum value set for that particular studio.
