ICSP/ISP Device Programming Suite to run in the PIC18F4520 We wish to use a PIC 18F4520 as a dedicated programmer for in circuit programming of three different types of external device. The three devices are; 1. A chain of two ispGAL22LV10 devices which are to be programmed from JEDEC files. Device Type = ispGAL22LV10-15LJ 2. Two Serial Eeproms AT24C512 which share the same data and clock lines but have fixed addresses of 0 and 1 respectively. These are to be programmed from Intel HEX files. 3. A PIC18F4520 which is to be programmed from an Intel HEX file. Low voltage programming is used. The programmer PIC will receive its data over the PSP port using a hardware CTS handshake and will output its programming signals on port C 0-7 and RB5 and RB6. After a reset, and after each successful or unsuccessful device programming the programmer PIC will await a single command byte indicating which device is to be programmed and then. When the programming of a device is complete it will make a status byte for reading through the PSP and will then issue a negative going pulse on RB4. Outputs RA0, 1 and 2 switch a red, blue and green LED on when low; the blue light should flash whilst programming is in progress, the green LED should illuminate to indicate a successful completion and the red LED should flash rapidly to indicate a programming failure. The format of the command and status bytes and the allocation of port output lines to the programming signals are to be determined as part of the project and notified to us as soon as possible. The programmer PIC runs from its internal oscillator. The program may be coded in C or assembler as desired. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PIC18F series
