stand alone cad to design fence

A customer of mine has a stand-alone Autocad application to design fence and nets: - in the autocad there's a customized menu - this menu take You to a wizard to choose element for the fence - at the end the 3d model of the fence is in front of you (a combination of all choices plus some calculation like for round elements) - at the end You get the access (MS .mdb) list of what's necessary forthe project. I guess it's a VBA application written in the Autocad environment. I need to do the same application BUT WITHOUT Autocad (it is going tobe sold via CD or download), maybe enabling, on further development, some web-aware tools (likean online collaborative enviroment, a web based element library orwhatever).
