PHP script file uploader

Hi There,

We are looking for a little script will do this for us:

we will upload using the page 2 type of file ZIP and SQL (single files)

file will store into /web/UPLOAD

and script after upload finish automatically will extract the file into folder with this format /web/{todays date}

after the extraction script should edit the [url removed, login to view] with current DB details

and SQL file will replace the current DB info with the file uploaded every time it will replace..

Uploader should have upload indicator so we will be able to see how long left to finish..
