Cold Fusion IM Application for incorporation into existing site

We have an existing developed singles dating website. It was developed in Cold Fusion. We'd like to add a one-on-one instant messenger system to the site. The IM should be incorporated into the user name system already built into the site (Cold Fusion, SQL Server).

Time is of the essence, so the winning bidder will be he/she who can complete the IM in the quickest amount of time, not necessarily the one who has the lowest bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program.

2) All Source Code

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4). Must function within the parameters of our existing system.
