Websire in PHP, mySQL to sell online trainings

Hello and thank you for your interest in this bid. We are a start-up and required a person/team who can help us develop the first version of the website and there for a long term relationship.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF TRAINING SOFTWARE/WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

Here is what we want. A website where we can sell online trainings. Students select a course from catalog, registers himself and pays online using paypal or sagpay (which ever is easy). Courses have modules and each module has a video. Student can only see what he’s enrolled in and paid for and should be be able to download the video. There is also a Website admin area where admin can create courses, upload video files, etc. The trainings are in video format and will be hosted on Vimeo PRO (we are not sure if this is the best option to make then secure and non-downloadable, we can host the videos on our site as long as no one can download them and spread them illegally – need your expert advice here).

Home page will be a WordPress website. You do not worry about the theme etc. However, i want a working page with CSS (grey page background), dark grey fonts where we can clearly see the courses menu, enrol and login page links. There are 13 tables and some have relationships.

The admin site can mostly have editable data grids if that’s easy for you.

I am open for all suggestions and ideas.

CONDITIONS:

So PLEASE read it carefully and ONLY bid if you are an expert in software architecture, PHP, mySQL , aware of good secure webapp design and know how to output correct HTML (proper tags for later high graphics CSS integration). I am a programmer but do not have time to work on this project hence it is for you guys to grab.

You must know how to integrate Vimeo PRO using their APIs

We have very clear requirements - mostly documented, with screen mocks, table layouts and database ER diagram. Free to suggest an alternate design if you are not happy with the architecture.

You MUST be able to speak with me on either Skype or Phone. You will also be in constant contact during the development.

The milestones will only be set as per delivery and in stages. Please do not expect to get huge chunks in the start.
