put resource into a DLL

I have a animated cursor ANI file that is used in a Delphi 5 application using the following commands:

cnCursorID1 = 1; // loading

[login to view URL][ cnCursorID1 ] := LoadCursorFromFile( pchar(AddMainPath('[login to view URL]')) );

[login to view URL] := cnCursorID1;

I need the resource file be inserted into the attached DLL with detailed explanations re how this is done, so that next time I can do the process myself.

Also working code is required that shows how to load the animated cursor from the DLL.
