A clone of the german website "www (.) vioworld (.) de" has to be created. Some changes and additional features will be neccesary.
It has to be done in DRUPAL.

TEMPLATE DESIGN

A new template has to be chosen/designed that is more up to date.
The JOB MARKET (German: "Stellenmarkt") includes:

- a job listing with different categories and subcategories, with easy navigation and search features (like search with zipcode)
- an administration area where job suppliers can insert job adverts and their profile (with texts/pictures/flags).
- there are different types of job suppliers
- the duration time when an advert is shown can be set for each advert by the supplier
- an admin area for the website owner to update all information
- Users can subscribe to RSS feeds for job lists
- Users can contact and apply to job offers with an application feedback with
- a payment system (micropayment) will offer different online payment facilities for the job adverts (pay per ad or pay payad duration)
CLASSIFIEDS (German: "Kleinanzeigen")

An module for classifieds has to be included that can handle diferrent categories with individual input fields for some category (e.g. date/title/text/price/year/city).
PROFILES OF MUSICIAN WHO TEACH (German: "Musik-Unterricht")

- Like on the mentioned page on top Musician profiles have to be included to make it easy for all people who look for teachers of musical instruments.
- After subscription the musicians can update their profiles themselves.
- Subscriptions will be payed once a year
BLOG & FORUM & POLL

Modules for a blog, a modern discussion forum and a poll have to be included and setup.
ADSERVER

- clients should easily find free places for ad banners on the site and make requests for certain banner places
- the administrator can then place the banners, time and payment conditions
STATIC PAGES

- About 50 static pages have to be included.
- The administration will be able to update those contents and create new pages
INVOICE MANAGEMENT

The professional invoice management should be able create, modify and send invoiced. As there will be many invoices, this system should work really well. It should also work well with the job market. Once a month invoices are created automatically and sent via email (as PDF-attachment) to all clients except to those that nare specified for manual invoices. Reminder functions will remind the admin of the client subscriptions that are runing out.
Foreign client will have different invoice parameters than locals. There will be an invoice journal for the whole adminstration and later invoice changes.
There are three types of payments:
1) pay per action
2) pay per duration and action (this includes subscription)
3) pay per action type and client account type
ACQUISITION OF CLIENTS

This will be a documentation tool that helps to faciliate telefon acquisition of new customers.
- New clients accounts can be created by the administrator to create a journal of the conversations (date/text/flags) with potential new customers.
- When a potential client becomes a real client the new account can be connected to the real client accounts.
- Mass mails can be sent to all types of user groups.
FILTER EXISTING DATA AND UPLOAD INTO THE DATABASE

- About 150.000 data records of the existing mysql data of the "job market", the "classifieds", the "forum" and the "musician profiles" has to be included into the new DRUPAL system.
