I am writing scripts for a new comic strip, and I need someone to do the illustrations for me. The comic will be based on a popular web site with a high viewership. Great for someone looking to showcase their talents. You will be required to provide illustration, with color, for the scripts I write, and have the ability to match the picture with the script. Your bid will be for approximately 20 panels a month. The comic is set to be published every 2 weeks, with 10 panels of illustrations and dialogue per episode. I am open to suggestions on the best format to produce these illustrations. They can either be hand drawn and colored or they can be entirely computer based graphics. Which ever is the fastest and most cost effective. I have enclosed a graphic to give you an idea of the kind of strip I am doing. It is based on Tiki, 50's retro type of art style. Very island, Polynesian in nature. This is, at first, self funded by me, more of a fan site to start. My current budget is $200 a month, until further funding can be arranged. This price is approximately $10 per frame. This has the potential of being a long term assignment for the right person. Thank you for your time -Pete
