Create Website with Drupal or OSCommerce

My client has a brand new Drupal installation on their server. I need someone to design a look in Photoshop and convert it into a theme for use in Drupal. It needs the following: 1.) Area in frontpage for flash banner. Client would like layout of frontpage to be very similar to [login to view URL] For now, leave a blank, as client would be creating their own flash banner (You can specify a standard banner size for the blank, customer will design to fit.) 2.) Catalog site look similar to this: [login to view URL] A proper catalog module should be installed. Currently there are no real products, so dummy products would be okay for placement purposes. Drupal was selected for its SEO links, but if Mambo/Joomla or OSCommerce can be made to satisfy points #1 & 2, we can install this instead, no problem. Similar sites in the industry are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
