I am interested in developing a relationship with a coder capable of performing this work, with the understanding that a positive outcome on this project will result in continued work building this site into a fully featured social network and alternative health portal. It will be scaled back in size from the full project I have posted, and will hopefully be clearer in terms of the requirements and expectations. I will also extend the deadline for proposals. All forms and searches require Web 2.0 technology. Site must be compatible with all major browser including, but not limited to: · Internet Explorer · Safari · Netscape · Mozilla · Firefox Site must be designed to display without scrolling horizontally on an 800 x 600 screen pixel resolution. Site must be ISO compliant. All layout should be custom. I’m not discouraging open source, but I don’t want a cookie cutter site. Whatever you use, I want it to look unique. Code should be well documented. I am purchasing the code and all rights to it. Individual page loading time should meet minimum responsiveness of 3-5 seconds.
