fixing shopping cart

I am getting this message when i try to open my shopping cart page and need someone to fix it for me. FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in [url removed, login to view], please enable it!
Can anyone help me with this minor detail and anything else that pops up so I can get the shopping cart accessible?

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
