We need someone who put some graphical elements to the start page of our freelance portal to give new users (service buyer and providers) some information how it works. Therefore we need some icons/graphics that link to the information pages: - Overview for new service buyers - Overview for new service providers - Escrow service (a link to our german escrow partner) - Online despute and conflict resolution (overview) - FAQ - Overview of paying fees over paypal - Button to our live help tool (phplivehelper) - Tell a friend ----> Information from my portal developer: I use templates for all html code. and template files are included so that one resulting page can be collected from 2-5 html templates. Designer must create clear, well formatted html code with CSS styles. When first pages will be finished send me them so i'll integrate them and give you more comments on design. I'm sending existed css styles and design images (editable by Macromedia Fireworks) in attachment. <------- Don't want to put too much information on this site, so design needs to be very clear. Easy handling for the user is very important. Need a professional look. Need some turnarounds for the text content of the linked pages, because they are still under development. Normal changing of text I will do myself - I have basic html skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform browser compatibility important!
