University Website

I am putting together a website for the University that I go to, a site for students to exchange info. There are four modules to the site. A book exchange for students to swap thier test books, a teacher info exchange for students to post thier comments about teachers and classes, a rental board for the posting of rentals for students to live in, and a discussion forum which I'll run vanilla on. (are you familiar with vanilla? its an opensource forum software.) I have all the scripts written to run the databases for the modules. And I had a designer lined up to build a site around the scripts but he is just too busy to take it on right now. So I'm looking for someone to design a site aorund the scripts. Really its just a template that will run the 4 scripts in the body of the page. I'm attaching an excel sheet that shows the four or five pages as well as a jpeg of what my original designer was going to build for me. I really like his look, the clean style, and would like my site to look like what he was planning on building. I'm looking for about a 2 week turn around. With site designed and functioning with scripts. Bids should be less than $500. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web based
