photographer website

I need a webiste for a photographer who needs some new aperance in the internet. So I'm looking for somebody who can create a website in flash for me. The following websites are sites i really like: -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] the website should offer a description about me, news(with rss feed), guestbook, my services/portfolio, contact, gallery, shop. the page should be designed in a seo-way, images used in the page should be easy to change by me. the shop of this page should offer some of my pictures to buy as royality-free images. therefor it is required, that you also implement some payment system, so that the customer can download images or a bundle after payment. the website should be in german and english. you have the complete creative freedom. your work starts with logo design (3 different options, 2 corrections), than website layout (3 different options, 2 corrections), 3 different color schemes for the website and than the development. english content will be developed by you, the translagtions will be provided by me. after the project all source-files must be delivered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
