84540 Youtube Clone install & modify

Hello, I need someone to install a YouTube Clone (that I purchased from Deccan [login to view URL]) and have it fully functional, without any errors on page. I would like to have a Different, but simple, overall look/layout as well. Please do not use a black background ffmpeg and the other required modules are already installed on the server. (must know how to reinstall the modules if necessary) I would also like a Different FlashVideo Player with the following features, if possible: 1) A link back to my site on the player in the form of a very-very small logo or very small text. 2) A very small share button on the player (like the one found at [login to view URL]) (just the share feature only, Not the look of the player) 3) At the end of the movie random video choices display (like found on youtube [login to view URL] or metacafe [login to view URL] or grouper [login to view URL]) 4) Volume level control 5) The player should have a smooth overall look and have subtle color(s). Please do not use a player from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The following are other features that I would like integrated into overall site: 1) Modify the embedded link feature to include a preview with the option to select the player size (like [login to view URL]) 2) The option for a user to add a photo to their profile. (via a browse and upload button and not having to enter a url link to the photo they want to use) 3) The option for the admin (Only) to put a star next to the user's name to indicate that user as a producer/director. 4) A "post to wordpress" link/button added to the viewing page that would automatically add that video to their wordpress account hosted with us. I purchased the wordpress hosting script from [login to view URL] that we'll be using. (Here is an example of the post to wordpress link [login to view URL]) **--The Following Features are Not necessary at this time, But I would like to know if there is anyone that could do the following: --** 1) Add RSS for the videos on the site 2) Videoroll (like [login to view URL]) 3) Make it possible to subtly add random advertisements to the end of a movie after the movie has played all the way through. (like http://one.revver.com/corporate/browse/Most+Watched#_show_video_19542 ) -----Timeline: It is required that you can start to develop instantly with full manpower. Script must be delivered by end of September. -----Service & Support: You must be willing to stand behind your installation for at least 1 month. Lastly, please keep it simple.
